HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Once the engagement is confirmed, we schedule the two half-day working sessions and identify the key participants (up to 10 board members or leaders).

We begin with a half-day strategic working session focused on listening, assessment, and clarification.
Your leadership team talks. I listen, map, and reflect back what’s actually happening ,where alignment exists, where it doesn’t, and what requires immediate attention.

This session is designed to surface:

  • Strategic priorities

  • Structural or governance gaps

  • Decision-making challenges

  • What’s unclear, missing, or creating friction

From there, I develop the Strategic Guiding Plan and supporting documents based on what emerges.

We then reconvene for a second half-day delivery and implementation session, where I walk leadership through:

  • The completed guiding plan

  • Organizational and leadership structure

  • Committees, roles, and responsibilities (as applicable)

  • How to use the tools and documents moving forward

The goal is shared understanding, alignment, and clear direction not more discussion.
